Current USA Orbit 2x96w Power Compact
Starting off with the sleek design the Orbit fixture is very attractive. Like its more powerful counterpart the Sunpod it is very effective at lighting the tank it is designed for. Out of the box this fixture also runs very cool.

The light output is perfect for any style planted tank. Two and four bulb models use two switches for maximum control over lighting. The only thing negative about this fixture is the comparison against T5HO which gives same light coverage with less wattage.
The moonlighting cords on this fixture are not detachable at the fixture. I cannot plug in my moonlighting without an extension cord due to small hole in tank stand.
Two bulbs provides bright lighting for a mid to high tech tank. Pressurized co2 is ideal along with a consistent fertilizing regimen for best results.
I am satisfied with the Current USA Orbit fixture. The Orbit was my first Current USA fixture and one of many. I also own the HQI pendant, Nova Extreme and Sunpod models. I feel confident suggesting the Orbit fixture to others and giving it positive remarks.
All of the fixtures have been in use for over two years.
