The Cardinal....Red Crested Cardinal. He was very shy at first.

The "House Gecko"...they were in the in the house with us....not so much like a mouse...it was actualy neat to have them inside!

Turtles were often seen off the lanai....I was able to get a pic. We saw a small turtle walking on the beach, we swam with a gigantic turtle just beyond the break on Poipu Beach. The fish were completely amazing...I couldnt get enough of swimming with them.

Wailua Falls

This is the rainstorm that ended our trek towards the North Shore....we were in the Jeep and traveling through some minor flooding until we got to a part with too much water coming through. You can see the waterfalls starting to build up. A storm like this drops serveral inches of rain in just hours. One night we were there it rained some 15 inches.
